We work with advisors to craft messages we have confidence are most impactful. Below are assets for our campaign to make sure voters know how to get help for any questions or issues they face at the polls.
Voter Hotline Awareness.
It's important that voters know there's a hotline to call if they have any questions or face any issues at the polls today. 866-OUR-VOTE has the best support in English Spanish, Asian and Arabic languages and is staffed by the Lawyer's Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
Issues to report include: being told you can't vote because of a message on your clothing; experiencing harassment from protestors too close to the polling place; long wait lines, too few poll workers; being told that you're not registered when you believe you are registered; being denied a ballot; being discouraged from voting in any way. Please take video and photos and tell the person who answers the hotline that you have visuals to share!
Please spread this one far and wide asap so voters are aware of it while they are at the polls today, messaging options below include resources for multiple languages.
